How to set up Smartiflix IPTV
Pick your device and follow the steps. Most setups take about 15 minutes.
To set up Smartiflix IPTV: install an IPTV player app on your device, choose the Xtream Codes login, and enter the server, username and password from your Smartiflix welcome email. Channels and the library then load automatically.
The basics for every device
Check your internet
About 10 Mbps per HD screen, 25 Mbps for 4K. Use a cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi if you can.
Install a player app
Smartiflix works with popular IPTV players such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, XCIPTV or GSE Smart IPTV.
Enter your Smartiflix login
Choose "Xtream Codes" login and type the server address, username and password from your welcome email.
Load and watch
Wait for channels, the TV guide and the library to load, then pick a channel.
Fire TV Stick and Fire TV
Install the Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore, allow apps from unknown sources for Downloader in Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options, then install your player and log in. Full walkthrough: Smartiflix IPTV on Firestick.
Samsung and LG Smart TVs
Open your TV app store, install an IPTV player available for your model, and enter your Smartiflix details. Detailed steps: Smartiflix IPTV on Smart TV.
Android TV, Google TV and Android phones
Install IPTV Smarters or TiviMate from Google Play, choose Xtream Codes, and enter your login. On Nvidia Shield and Chromecast with Google TV the steps are identical.
iPhone, iPad and Apple TV
Download an IPTV player from the App Store, add a new playlist with the Xtream Codes option, and paste your details. Turn on the TV guide in the app settings for the best experience.
Windows PC and Mac
Use the M3U link from your welcome email in VLC (Media → Open Network Stream) or install a desktop IPTV player for a full TV guide. See M3U and Xtream Codes explained.
MAG, Formuler and Enigma2 boxes
Send us your box MAC address when you order. We register it and send you the portal URL to enter under Settings → Servers → Portals.

Setup questions
Which app should I use for Smartiflix IPTV?
IPTV Smarters is the simplest for beginners. TiviMate is excellent on Android TV and Fire TV. On iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, GSE Smart IPTV or similar App Store players work well.
Do I need a VPN?
It is not required. Some customers use one for privacy or if their internet provider slows streaming; your account works the same either way.
How many devices can I install it on?
As many as you like. Your plan sets how many can play at the same time (1 to 5).
The channels are buffering. What can I do?
Restart your device and router, switch to a wired or 5 GHz connection, and choose the HD version of the channel instead of 4K. If it continues, contact us.
