Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use smartiflixiptv.store or buy a Smartiflix IPTV subscription.
1. The service
Smartiflix IPTV provides a subscription to stream live channels and on-demand content over the internet using third-party player apps. You need your own device and internet connection.
2. Ordering and payment
You order on this website and receive a secure payment link by email. Your subscription starts when your login is activated. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for future orders, never for a plan you have already paid for.
3. No automatic renewal
Plans end at the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is charged again unless you place a new order.
4. Devices and account use
Your plan allows a set number of devices to play at the same time. Logins are for your household only and must not be resold or shared publicly. We may suspend accounts that are clearly being shared beyond the plan.
5. Free trial
One free trial is available per household. We may decline trial requests that appear to be duplicates.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for using the service in line with the laws that apply where you live, and for the devices, apps and internet connection you use.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running smoothly but cannot guarantee that every channel or title will be available at all times. Channel line-ups can change.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our refund policy.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
